We had a beautiful evening for Samuel’s 6 month old session. He showed off his sitting skills and also loved snuggling with mom and dad during the entire short session.
It was almost 2 years to the exact day we did Jenny and Cory’s first maternity session. It was fun to see them again for a beautiful evening to capture their growing family. Toddler Taylor was loving every minute of cuddling with mom and dad. I can’t wait to see this growing family again in a couple months for their newborn session.
So many of my families that come in for their annual family pictures have little kids. It seems that once kids reach age 6 or 7 that annual family pictures dwindle away. I love that the Hineline family comes back every year for their family pictures, even if they have “big kids” now. They will be able to look back and see how the boys grew from year to year. And we still have a lot of fun 🙂
It’s been a year since I’ve seen the Borkowski family. I’m so glad we had to reschedule this session due to weather this past weekend. We ended up having the perfect fall evening. The air was a little crisp but I kept these boys moving during their short family session.
We had a beautiful fall evening for the Nelson family. Little 2 year old Charlie liked snuggling with mom and dad but really loved running…running and running more.
We had a beautiful afternoon for the quick outdoor session with the Wolff family. It’s been 9 months since I’ve seen half of the crew for little Miss Kennedy’s newborn portraits in the studio. It was my first time meeting the rest of the family. The four kids did fantastic. As always, the candid ones with grandma and grandpa are always my favorite.
It’s always fun to meet up with the Cushman family. Little Bronsyn is turning into quite the little young man and had me laughing the entire short session. We did plenty of posed family pictures during their quick 30-minute session, but the candid family ones are by far my favorite.
It was great to meet the Chandler family for their quick fall family portrait session. Little 4 month old Madelynn was so sweet. Her “big brother” Duke had a lot of energy but when it was show time, he posed perfectly for their family pictures.
It was a cool fall afternoon when I met the Azhar family out in downtown Sun Prairie for their family short session. We were sad to learn the fountain was winterized and covered that week but I guess that’s to be expected Mid-October in Wisconsin. We still had a great time keeping warm with lots of big family hugs.
Last year I met Neil and his family at the Union Terrace. This year we did their short family session on Main Street in Sun Prairie. It’s always great when they come down from Appleton for their annual pictures. I’ve been photographing Neil since he was a newborn and I’m always surprised with how big he gets. He’s now 5 years old and full of energy.
