It was almost 2 years to the exact day we did Jenny and Cory’s first maternity session. It was fun to see them again for a beautiful evening to capture their growing family. Toddler Taylor was loving every minute of cuddling with mom and dad. I can’t wait to see this growing family again in a couple months for their newborn session.
It was a beautiful spring evening when I met Carrie and Jesse out for their maternity session. We lucked out with weather. All day it was a heavy overcast and then right as their session began the sun broke through the close and we had a beautiful golden hour. I can’t wait to meet their little man next month.
The wild flowers are finally starting to pop around the area and I love when the lighting is just right during golden hour sessions that we get to include them. It all worked out perfectly for Jacqueline and Jake’s short maternity session. It was beyond a beautiful evening and I can’t wait to meet their baby girl next month.
The combination of a fun, loving couple and a beautiful golden hour short session is the perfect mix for a success night. These two…I mean three counting their fur-baby Gage…were too much fun. I can’t wait to meet their little boy in a few weeks.
We had a beautiful evening for Ashley and Kevin’s maternity session. They received this short session as a Christmas gift from Ashley’s family! What a great idea! I’m so glad we were also able to get their two dogs to cooperate just long enough for a few images. It was a perfect night and I can’t wait to meet their little one in a month!
After almost 7 years of doing photography, I rarely get nervous anymore before sessions. But I found myself nervous for tonight’s maternity session which was surprising since it was for close friends. I knew this session meant so much to these two and is something they’ve been dream about for years. I wanted it to be perfect. Mother nature was on my side and we ended up having a magical evening. I’m beyond happy for these two and cannot wait to have our kids grow up together.
